EJ Archuleta
EJ Archuleta is a licensed attorney and the founder of Archuleta Group LLC, which builds Custody Proof.
EJ built Custody Proof after watching a friend go through a messy divorce. His friend had plenty of evidence, but it was scattered across phones, emails and notes, with nothing organized. When the case reached mediation, he couldn’t produce the very records that would have helped him. Custody Proof exists so a parent’s record is in one place, dated and ready when it matters.
EJ writes and reviews every guide on this site. The guides are general information about documenting a custody case. They are not legal advice, and reading them does not create an attorney-client relationship. Custody law differs from state to state, so take questions about your own case to a lawyer licensed where your case is.

Custody Proof is a documentation tool, not a law firm. Nothing on this page is legal advice. Whether and how a record is used in a case is a question for your attorney.
