- Answer two questions — your connection to the military and your branch — confirm the information is true, and send it. No documents are needed; we may email you to ask for something that confirms it.
- Watch your email. A real person reviews every request, usually within two business days.
How the discount is applied
- Not subscribed yet: the discount is applied automatically at checkout. You see it on the checkout page before you pay.
- Already paying: we add it to your current subscription. It shows on your next bill.
- Canceled and coming back: the discount still applies when you resubscribe.

Do I need to upload a military ID or a DD-214?
No documents are needed to apply. You answer two questions — your connection to the military and your branch — and confirm the information is true. We may email you to ask for something that confirms it.
Does it apply to the yearly plan and to Case Builder?
Yes. The discount is 20% off every bill on any paid plan, monthly or yearly, Documentation or Case Builder, for as long as you stay subscribed.
I already pay. Can I still get it?
Yes. Once approved, the discount is added to your current subscription and shows on your next bill. If you cancel and come back later, it still applies when you resubscribe.
Can I combine it with an access code or a fee waiver?
An access code or a fee waiver means there is nothing to pay while it lasts, so there is nothing to discount. The military discount applies to paid plans — including after a code or waiver ends.
